Terms and Conditions Spring 2012

All UK orders are subject to a postage and packing charge of £3.50 (mainland UK only). Other destinations are supplied to at cost and customers should contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

We regret that we cannot accept orders from outside of the EU.

Strictly payment with order in GBP - UK pound Sterling.

All major credit and debit cards accepted online.

Payments by personal cheque and postal orders welcome for off line orders.

All dispatch dates are approximate, however all products are supplied within their correct planting period and usually within 14 days of receipt of order, providing our dispatch period has begun.

All of our bulbs are from naturalised/ cultivated stocks and have not been removed from the wild.

Any damage or poor condition must be reported to us UPON RECEIPT, we cannot be held responsible for any plant or bulbs aftercare.

We cannot guarantee flowering, as this is dependant on the correct horticultural conditions, but we believe, unless stated otherwise, all bulbs and plants are of flowering size, true to name and from good, healthy stock.

In the event of supply difficulties, we will refund rather than substitute goods or varieties.

We reserve the right to alter these terms of business at any time without notice. Information of our products and services are updated frequently and are subject to change without notice.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information supplied to us by you is on a voluntary basis. To be able to process and record your order details, we retain certain information that you give us and at times we may use this information to let you know about the status of your order,and any future offers. If you do not wish to receive this information then simply let us know. All the data you supply is handled and managed in accordance with the Data Protection legislation. We will never knowingly share your information with third parties.
